RB Peyton Hillis returns to his starting role this week but faces a tough task as he has lost 10-12 pounds from strep throat and possibly the flu. Look for him to cede touches to Montario Hardesty. … Hardesty will see an increase in playing time. The Titans are allowing 125 offensive yards and one total TD per game to the position. Hardesty is not a receiver, but saw four targets last week. If the opportunity presents itself he could get lucky and provide fantasy points through the air.
Despite scoring a TD in Week Three, WR Joshua Cribbs is only averaging 4.5 targets and does not warrant a fantasy roster spot. Do keep an eye on his production moving forward.
The Browns started the Miami game in a three-WR set and Brian Robiskie was not part of the trio. A one-time starter, Robiskie has only four targets and is still without a reception. He has no fantasy value.
The TE fantasy frustration continues with the Browns' Evan Moore and Benjamin Watson. Last week, Moore had three targets (2-19-0) and Watson had 10 (5-64-0) as they continue to cancel each other out. Expect inconsistency all season.

OLB Anthony Spencer is getting notoriety for his "called shot" sack to end the Week Three Monday-night victory over the Redskins, but that play really is a microcosm of his season in that it shows how much better his effort has been this season compared to last. A review of the 2010 tape shows that Spencer's pass-rush motor was not always on high a year ago, but new coordinator Rob Ryan has managed to light a fire under him. One of those motivational tactics was an increased number of snaps in the preseason for Victor Butler, who was the defense's Swiss Army knife, moving around and playing various roles while Spencer's playing time decreased, to the point where some insiders believes Butler would replace Spencer. But Spencer kept his starting job and has caught fire early. Observers are impressed but warn that his engine has run hot and cold in the past, so it's a situation that bears constant monitoring.
