Rampage: "Excuse me for a year while I have surgery on both knees"

Those excited for Quinton Jackson vs Shogun Rua 2, cool those jets! All that testosterone didn't end up helping Quinton's knees after all:

Jackson revealed via Twitter that it -- along with an injury to his other knee -- will require surgery that will delay the rematch with Shogun. "2 keep it real,the Shogun fight will have 2 wait,I just found out that I have 2 get surgery on both knees,but I heal fast don't trip"

I blame all that doggy style. And even if Rampage really 'heals fast' (wink wink wink wink wink wink), I'd be amazed if he's back within six months. Knee surgery isn't the kind of thing you should try and come back from too quickly. Just ask Shogun.
