I dunno if it's just a happy coincidence, but elbows sure seem to be in fashion in MMA lately, and not just in the big leagues. Dig this sweet example from Friday night's MFC 31, in which Adam Lynn (17-8) delivers a beautifully timed standing elbow that knocks poor Curtis Demarce (11-10) stupid, then the follow-up punches knock him very sad.
