As the Jaguars continue trying their luck on the waiver wire — they claimed WR Jason Hill off waivers last season and WRs Mike Sims-Walker and Brian Robiskie in the past two weeks — it has become increasingly clear that finding a true No. 1 wideout is the team's top offseason priority. The hope was that TE Marcedes Lewis and RB Maurice Jones-Drew would provide enough help in the passing game to compensate for the lack of talent at receiver. But Lewis and Jones-Drew, who has been great as a runner but not as a receiver, have disappointed. Hill has proven to be "just a guy," according to one team source, and Sims-Walker and Robiskie are big targets who have a hard time separating. Sims-Walker was placed on I.R. with a knee injury this week and Robiskie, who was a starter in Cleveland a few weeks ago before running out of chances with the Browns, will have a shot to make an impact but is not a long-term solution.
