The Packers’ offensive, defensive and special-teams players of the week in their 34-16 victory over the 49ers in Week 13:
Offense: WR Greg Jennings
Jennings remained arguably the hottest receiver in the NFL with another huge outing, torching the Niners’ overmatched secondary for six catches, 122 yards (20.3 avg.) and two touchdowns. Jennings’ first score in the second quarter — a beautiful 57-yard hookup with QB Aaron Rodgers with 7:02 remaining — ignited what had been a pretty dormant Green Bay offense up to that point.
Defense: DRE Cullen Jenkins
A frisky Jenkins applied steady pressure all afternoon, registering two of the Packers’ four sacks for 11 yards in losses before limping off the field near the end of the game after reaggravating a calf injury.
Special teams: LB Diyral Briggs
Briggs had a big day on special teams, registering three of the nine tackles for a unit that did a decent job of holding the dangerous Ted Ginn (five kickoff returns, 16.2 yards per return) in check.
