Elie Seckbach, the Embedded Correspondent, brings his exclusive video reporting to FanHouse. Check back regularly for more videos.

His credentials include having been involved in boxing for some 70 years, so, when Golden Boy Promotions and Hall of Fame promoter and matchmaker, Don Chargin, speaks, people tend to listen. In this video, the sage addresses whom he believes to be among the best fighters in history, and, the premiere boxers of this era.

Among them, Chargin points to former two-division titlist Jorge Linares (30-1, 19 knockouts) of Venezuela, who has earned a unanimous decision, and, a fourth-round knockout, respectively, in his past two victories over Rocky Juarez and former world champion Jesus Chavez in July and October. Against Juarez, Linares fought in an HBO pay per view televised lightweight (135 pounds) fight, dominating a longtime title contender and U.S. Olympic silver medalist.

Linares, who fights out of Tokyo, lost his WBA super featherweight (130 pounds) title to Juan Carlos Salgado on a first-round knockout in October of 2009, but appeared to be back in form against Juarez, despite hurting his hand while knocking down Juarez with a fifth-round uppercut.
