Ravens WR-RS David Reed resolved a marijuana charge against him Friday without being fined or serving any jail time.
Reed had been charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana last month after police found a small amount of the drug in his residence in December.
Rather than going to trial next week, Reed addressed the case Friday without having to plead guilty or not guilty. According to a court clerk, the disposition of the case is the equivalent of Reed being placed on unsupervised probation, and if Reed stays out of trouble for the next three years, the case will remain closed.
