The Jets announced Wednesday that four players — OLB Larry Grantham, RB Freeman McNeil, DE Gerry Philbin and WR Al Toon — will be inducted into the Jets Ring of Honor this year. The ceremony will take place October 17, during halftime of the Jets-Dolphins Monday-night game.
Last year, when the Ring of Honor was first introduced, Joe Namath, Curtis Martin, Don Maynard, Weeb Ewbank, Winston Hill and Joe Klecko were inducted.
