Murray's role should expand with Cowboys

In what was supposed to be Felix Jones' breakout season, he has gained 2.7 yards per carry in the first two games and is dealing with a shoulder injury. Should he continue to struggle, the Cowboys are going to have to turn in another direction. We hear it's more likely that they would turn toward rookie DeMarco Murray in some kind of lead role than Tashard Choice, who has been behind Jones for a few seasons now. Murray was quiet his first two games, but the Cowboys saw enough in the preseason and in training-camp practices to know that he has explosive ability. Word is the team believes he could handle an expanded role. The coaches, who love Murray's fearlessness, already want to see him return more kicks and think he can add an explosive element to the team if he stays healthy.
