FS Tanard Jackson, who was suspended indefinitely for violating the league's substance-abuse policy last season, attended the Buccaneers' players' unofficial voluntary minicamp on Wednesday.
According to Pewter Report, Jackson was at IMG Performance Institute in Bradenton, Fla., for the Bucs' players' three-day minicamp. He was suspended on Sept. 22, 2010 and can apply for reinstatement at the end of July. He was also suspended for the first four games of 2009.
Jackson is in the final year of a four-year contract. He said that this was the first time he had communicated with some of his teammates since last September.
Jackson, who turns 26 on July 21, has started all 46 games he has played in his career, recording eight interceptions and 24 pass breakups.
