Dolphins' O-line struggles highlighted in loss to Bears

The Dolphins' O-line allowed QB Tyler Thigpen to be sacked six times in a crushing 16-0 loss to the Bears. With a third-stringer at QB, people wondered why Miami did not run the ball more, but the Dolphins' running game has been bad all season, and it's not because of their backs. The team is gaining 41.5 rushing yards per game less in 2010 (97.9) than last season when it finished fourth in the league in rushing (139.4). The interior of the line has been the problem, and now injuries have forced Richie Incognito to move from guard to center. Plus, Pro Bowl OLT Jake Long is playing with a dislocated shoulder, an injury we hear he should not be playing with. There is not a lot of depth on the O-line after the team parted ways with C Jake Grove and OG Donald Thomas before the season, and it doesn't look like things will get any better for Thigpen and the offense this season.
