WBC welterweight (147 pounds) king Andre Berto (27-0, 21 knockouts) is coming off of Saturday night's first-round knockout of Freddy Hernandez (29-2, 20 KOs) in an HBO televised bout that was promoted by Golden Boy Promotions.
On Dec. 19, Berto could be joined by celebrities such as six-time titlist Floyd Mayweather (41-0, 25 KOs) during a toy drive and charity basketball game at Westchester High School in Los Angeles. Admission is $10 or the combination of $5 and an unwrapped toy.
