Scott Coker seems to pop up in all sorts of strange places. Here he is back in 1989 fighting in a Jet Li movie called Dragon Fight. Now we also have him playing the tuba in a Communist marching band! Some might say that ain't Scott Coker. But they also said this guy wasn't Mark Cuban.
