Ronda Rousey is finally in Strikeforce

Good news on the WMMA front today as Strikeforce has announced that Ronda Rousey will be taking on Sarah D'Alelio on the prelims of the upcoming fight that seems maybe kinda interesting? Fedor vs. Henderson card on July 30 in Chicago. We already know that Ronda's kind of a badass and D'Alelio, who holds a 4-1 pro MMA record, seems like a decent enough fighter. As Cris Cyborg appears to be leaving Strikeforce for other opportunities to make scrotums the world over shrink in terror and Gina Carano is...doing something somewhere, it's good to see the Zuffa-fied Strikeforce operation still making the effort to bring in legitimate prospects for their WMMA divisions. Especially ones that have Olympic medals and have been profiled in the New York Times.
